Behind the Scenes: The Making of The Jetsons for Our YouTube Channel

The Jetsons

is a made-for-TV cartoon that William Hanna and Joseph Barbera produced for their company, Hanna-Barbera. It originally ran from 1962 to 1963, with a total of 24 episodes airing on ABC. The series was later revived years later and ran from 1985 to 1987 which aired 51 additional episodes airing in syndication. Each episode, set in the year 2062 in Orbit City, followed future family, the Jetsons, in which, most episodes had Jetson father, George dealing with certain problems either with filling the his family's needs, or dealing with his loud mouth boss, Mr. Spacely
.

When we started creating characters for our YouTube channel, the entire cast were in the first lineup we did for modeling, we made them as they were part of HB's history, I did no modeling work for the characters.

The first Jetson story we produced for the channel, titled "What a Wonderful Day," which wasn't written by me. The plot followed George having a great day. The second story, titled "George's Lucky Day," which again, wasn't written by me, involved George having another lucky day. In the final story, "Just Another Day At Work," which I also didn't write, showed just another day at work for George.

We are still in the process of writing more Jetsons stories, as well as other Hanna-Barbera stories that you may see in the future. However, we haven't written a Jetsons story in a while as of 2023, but I hope we can create more in the near future.
